Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rush mobile app, operated by Metronome Labs (operator: Venkata Satya Anurag Unnava, Sweden). By downloading or using Rush, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Rush.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

Rush includes social features (Crew). You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to manipulate the points system, or engage in fraud. You must not post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, and you must not harass or abuse other users. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

You can report abuse or objectionable content, or block another user, from within the app or by emailing customersupport@metronomelabs.app. We review reports and act on them, typically within 24 hours, and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Points & Rewards

Points are earned by completing verified workouts. Points have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be redeemed as discounts on eligible product orders within the app. We may modify or discontinue the points system at any time.

5. Purchases, Shipping & Refunds

Rush sells physical products that are shipped to you. Prices are shown in the app and may include applicable taxes and shipping. Payments are processed by Stripe. Orders are subject to availability. For questions about an order, refund, or return, contact customersupport@metronomelabs.app.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Rush is a fitness tracking and rewards app, not a medical or health service, and does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You participate in workouts at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any injury that occurs during activities you track with the app.

7. Location & Gym Verification

Rush uses your device location during active workouts to verify gym attendance and record your route. By starting a workout you consent to this use, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Rush, its content, and its branding are owned by Metronome Labs. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Rush is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metronome Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
